Purpose

As Black builders, we know the challenges that Black Founders face because we have faced them. We have worked through them, and we have overcome them. Our organization was built to create and support Black founders, funders, creators, and community builders. Our ability to incubate and accelerate companies is critical to changing the landscape of what builders look like in the web3, CPG, SaaS and beyond.

Our approach focuses on four things: communication, social capital, collaboration, and technilogial prowess. As we detail these pillars below, it is important to emphasize that these are not theoretical, nor are they strategies that we have come up with academically. These pillars are part of our approach because we have seen them work for each of us personally and many other founders.
